The event was organized by Korean Elevator Safety Agency (KoELSA) and Korea International Exhibition & Convention Center (KINTEX) and was supported by the Ministry of Public Safety and Security of Korea.

Rostekhnadzor published a letter, according to which the working group created by Rostechnadzor considered a proposal for the manufacturer to update the passport of lift and provide information on items not subjected to replacement, as well as an approximate version of the declaration for the modernization of the lift.
